Brought my ring for crack in band, cost $50. I didn’t pay that much for the ring to begin with, but the sentimental value motivated the repair. I will seek out a shop that is not “high-scale” for future repairs. *Staff were friendly and helpful
Steve Mauger (Your Personal Jewler) retired and recommended we go to Peter Franklin. They replaced a missing diamond and did some maintenance on my wife's ring that Steve designed for us. High quality work, very helpful and polite. I also purchased some pearls for our 30th anniversary. I can't say enough good things about young man & lady that helped.
Terence did an excellent job at meeting me where I was at and finding the right piece. He maintained an open line of communication and often went out of his way to accommodate me. Very thankful for his help & service.
