Great worrk, but watch out for extras $ I needed my hallway floors replaced. When Peter came to estimate he saw that the new flooring has to match the adjoing rooms and I wanted the existing squeaks fixed. He said no problem. Got his estimate next day and got to work soon after. After tearing out the old floor he tried to get me to pay about 10% more to remove the squeaks. Do not use peter flooring! I manage a 12-unit apartment building. In 2007, I hired Peter Flooring to refinish 2 apartments because I was pregnant and couldn't do the sanding and finishing myself. What a mistake! I specifically told them I wanted a high-gloss finish, which is what I applied when I did it myself. I even showed the estimator how it should look by showing him a floor I had done.
