My mother had a very great experience with Dr. Fitzgibbons although waiting time with appointments was so long but his knowledge and care was fantastic. He has all needed services in his office so there is no need to refer patients to different locations. My mom had severe pain in both of her wrists. He very well explained the reason based on X-ray they took in the office. He gave him both hands medical gloves with insurance coverage plus he made the cortisone injection in a same day as well. I can't recommend this specialist enough. Dr Fitzgibbons is not only an expert with deep clinical insight but also very clear when explaining the treatment. His team is professional, punctual, and very efficient. The clinic is modern and has the latest technology, but what I valued most was the peace of mind they gave me. I knew I was in great hands from day one.
Dr. Fitzgibbons was kind, listened to me, made eye contact, asked good questions and made me comfortable. He was happy to repeat what he said when I asked him to too. Highly recommend.
