On both exams I was seen by 4 people and I was not taken seriously by any of them. I was left waiting for almost full hour, despite leaving work early to get there 15 min early - as requested-, they barely spent 10 min with me, nobody explained me skin care under brace so my skin got inflamed and red and itchy and painful, I had to Google for help, or anything regarding wearing brace; I was fast tracked out. Definitely did not feel welcomed.
Dr. Fitzgibbons is very practical in his approach and is a great communicator.
