I am very sad to leave such a good doctor a bad review, but his office staff is horrible. I had to argue with the receptionist that my secondary insurance covers the copay from my primary insurance. I explained to her how to do her job and bill it to receive payment, which I should not have had to do. She ignored everything that I said and called my primary insurance to confirm that I have a copay balance due.
