I highly recommend Dr. Domagala and his professional staff. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable during the procedure. They are constantly checking with you that everything is okay. They listen to your needs. Before starting the implant procedure Dr. D explains what will take place, He also takes time to get to know you which helps in relaxing you before they start. I highly recommend Dr. Domagala.
I was told by several people he was the best, and based on my experience, I would agree. I was missing 2 teeth. His treatment was painless and the results were amazing. His skill is second to none. No one can even tell which teeth are implants vs. my own teeth!!
The worst office staff I have ever encountered. Inept, rude and incompetent.

Dear C.W. Per our phone, in May. I am very sorry that your insurance did not process the claim correctly. 99.9 percent of dental insurance companies process dental claims, thru the dental department. Your's processed the claims thru the medical dept. and unfortunately did not pay for the dental procedures. Despite our office trying to get the claims processed correctly on multiple occasions. Also, I had asked if there was anything else I could do to help. Again, I am sorry. Dr. Domagala
I had gum recession and was recommended by my dentist to see Dr Domagala. I had gum surgery on my upper and lower gums. I was very pleased with the result of the procedures. The office is very professional, and they treat their patients with upmost respect. I enthusiastically recommend the Institute of Dental Implants & Periodontics.
My husband and I had implants put in by Dr. Domagala, and we both had very good experiences. He was informative, compassionate, personable, and welcomed questions. My process was more complicated than we expected, but he made each step comfortable. He inspired confidence in me. I would go to him again and highly recommend him to others.
What a joke of a place. Waited 30 minutes and still never saw the dr. After waiting 15 mins we asked.. and it took the chick at the front desk another 15 mins to tell us he would be another 15 mins before he could see mymy daughter. A phone call saying he was running behind would have been nice!

Dear A. I am sorry the late reply, I was unaware of the review. Unfortunately, after almost 2 years and only an initial to go by, I can only respond in general terms. As a surgeon, there are many times that we have emergency pts. that unfortunately for health reasons cannot wait to have treatment. We try to do our best, to not impact our scheduled pts. but sometimes the emergency is much worse then anticipated. We try our best to run on time and apologize that we did not accomplish that.
Dr Domagala and his staff make a dental visit easy. Their professional ways and concern about your comfort put you at ease. I am so pleased with the results of my implant! My smile is back to normal. I keep up with regular cleaning there because I know they will take the best possible care of my teeth. I want to stay healthy as long as I can and having good teeth is really the basis of good health.
