My husband needed back surgery due to severe sciatica caused by spinal stenosis and damaged discs. The decision to have back surgery is usually a last resort and we were very nervous about it. Dr. Derman is an amazing doctor. I was in extreme pain before my surgery caused by a herniated disc pressing against my sciatic nerve. After surgery, pain was gone right away. My recovery was easy, no big incision, walking around and sleeping uninterrupted the first day. I would recommend Dr. Derman for anyone experiencing back or leg pain due to back issues.
I was in absolute agony. My left arm from the elbow down was numb and I couldnt bare the thought of living. Dr. Derman saved my life. I am 5 months post op, all pain is gone, I still have ptsd from the pain, but make no mistake I am 100% better. My only regret was not doing the surgery sooner. My procedure was done at C8 and took about 2hrs. I walked out, and havent looked back. I got my life back, thanks to Dr. Derman and team.
Dr. Derman performed a spine procedure on me in July 2024. I wanted to wait a while before posting a review. It’s been five months, and my pain has completely vanished. I am fully functional, and my quality of life has been restored. There have been no side effects or complications.
