If i could give 0 stars i would.......Worst after sales service ever recieved, following the engine damage (found to be a warranty) no fault to us, when in for repairs no updates, on what is happenning, they had it for 9 weeks...we folllwed up several times with no call backs... hubby ended up going down and not leaving until he had seen a manager... the lies been told from the begining and the way someone spoke to my daughter when she picked the car up was appauling then only to be given the car back with NO PETROL. If your offered to speak to domenic in finance do yourself a favour and walk straight past his office. The rates here are a joke ! Owning my own home, multiple vehicles and bikes that are fully payed theres no reason to be paying 9% on finance for a new car lol Bought the new car a suzuki jimmny at a different dealership using suzuki Australia's same finance company at 6.9 % the same day, disappointing thing is dom was going through the same finance company. It's worth the drive to look around not everyone takes care of you ... read more

Booked my Suzuki in for its 1st service and was very disappointed with the service that I received. 1st when I booked it in 3 weeks notice, I requested a loan car. This did not happen, was told it was not booked. Asked to speak to the service manager, this did not happen. I asked twice on the day to speak to him, but he was to BUSY to speak to me. I have also rang twice again he is to busy to speak with me. That was 3 days ago and he still hasn't called me. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN RESPONSE.
