Took our 1 year old suzuki in for its first service, so unhappy with the the service that we immediately sold it. Car needed air filter but they couldn't replace it as none in stock? This is a common handbook serviceable item but were told they cant keep every part and someone may have bought 10 of them today.....really? Car needed a small warranty item, suzuki authorisation needed for a $60 part then told they needed more photos and authority before being ordered and replaced, then told 6 to 8 weeks for shipping from Japan.... read more
