Dr Kersten has been my favorite doctor for many years . He is so kind and caring.
Receptionists and office help are terrible. The doctors will not call you back in a timely fashion even when you tell them it's an urgent matter. They may not even call back the same day. Very unprofessional practice.
5-5-25 Tried called several and I mean several times Dr.Kerstans office. Not one person answers the phone. All voice mails full cannot even leave message. Is it time to find new doctor because Prime took over. Very very very bad service for seniors. I love Dr Kerstan as he is the best but what is going on. How do I contact this office as no one returns calls
I have called multiple times and all I get is voice mail which no one returns. I have called 15 times a few weeks ago to reschedule and to this day no one has returned the call. I tried twice today and no one has returned a call. I have tried every option and nothing. This organization is the most unprofessional in health care I have ever dealt with. An update.
