Dr Kersten has been my favorite doctor for many years . He is so kind and caring.
I couldn't be more happy with my decision to put my parents care in Dr. Kerstan's hands!! He actually listens to all of our concerns and takes them seriously, he calls the very next day with lab results and gives you instructions on how to move forward, and he has great bedside manners. He's a good person and happens to be great at his job!!! I trust him. My parents have been going to him for several reasons now and he's been excellent at every visit. I have called multiple times and all I get is voice mail which no one returns. I have called 15 times a few weeks ago to reschedule and to this day no one has returned the call. I tried twice today and no one has returned a call. I have tried every option and nothing. This organization is the most unprofessional in health care I have ever dealt with. An update. Receptionists and office help are terrible. The doctors will not call you back in a timely fashion even when you tell them it's an urgent matter. They may not even call back the same day. Very unprofessional practice.
Dr. Kerstan is always very thorough. He listens to you, remembers your history, and even your family members. I always feel as though I’m getting very personalized care.
