After requesting a prorated refund for Concierge Healthcare at MSPB Gold I was told it might take a month. That's absurd. Someone's not happy, write a check! A month later I contacted MSPB Gold and after many phone calls and unreturned voicemails I spoke to "Candy" who told me that the email requesting the refund was lost when they moved their offices. She then offered to write the check 5 days later. Holding people's money is abhorrent, unethical, and immoral. Lousy protocol. Shame on them!
Dr Cowen cared for my father during the last months of his life as he spiriled down from living independently to living in a nursing facility and eventually going onto hospice care. He provided the highest level of medical care for him and gave me compassionate guidance to ensure his last days were peaceful and pain free. I can't speak highly enough about him.
