I saw Dr. Peter Cohn for severe, chronic spinal pain following two prior lumbar surgeries (including fusion). Despite explaining that physical therapy and spinal injections had already been ineffective and that my pain was worsening, Dr. Cohn refused to order appropriate diagnostic imaging (MRI), or address pain relief.
