Dr. Belafsky is the best doctor I have ever been to. He has quite literally saved my life, along with his wonderful staff and support of all at UC Davis Med. He is kind, compassionate, very thorough, and absolutely brilliant. Although I see him for some pretty serious and rare medical issues he always makes me feel better with his calm, cool, and collected demeanor. Dr. Belafsky is an excellent physician! He cared for my throat health for many years at UCD Sacramento. His compassion, knowledge, kindness, and he’s non judgmental. I highly recommend him for all that seek an excellent physician and surgeon. I miss him since moving to San Diego, I wish he were part of the UC medical here. Sincerely Vickie Gifford

I had a procedure done on my vocal cords by a ENT in Reno and I was still very hoarse a month after the surgery. The ENT who did the surgery told me there was nothing more he could do for me. So I went to another ENT for a second opinion and after examining me he told me he couldn't help me. He did refer me to Dr. Belafsky. I got an appointment with him and after examining me told me he could help me. Dr. Belafsky did 2 laser surgeries and I can talk normally again. I had no intention of writing a review after my experience with Dr. Belafsky, as I simply wanted to put it behind me and try to forget. However, my conscience kept telling me to be a voice of caution to my fellow humans, and let people know that there are other options. Had initial meeting in UC Davis building. Plenty of free parking. Staff was very friendly, caring and efficient. Had follow up procedure in same building. Again, kudos to the entire staff. Have complete confidence in Dr. Belafsky and his Staff!
