I am a new patient and so glad to find a doctor that REALLY listens to your health concerns and provides solutions.
He has been my Dr. For Years. I have a different medical background. Dr. Chang has always been able to diagnose me. Treat me. Follow up with me. Refer me to Specialist if necessary. I would not change Doctors ever. He is the most knowledgeable and Kindest Doctor I know. I would not trade him for any other Doctor. I would change insurance first to have his care. I recommend him Highly.
