Peter Chang in Virginia Beach is the very best Chinese restaurant in Hampton Roads. The manager Kelvin and his staff all do a fantastic job. The wonton soup, dry fried eggplant and spicy chicken and vegetables are all outstanding. You won’t be disappointed.
Really good food with large plates perfect for sharing with a group!
Closer to traditional Chinese which we appreciate. The wontons in hot chili oil, the crispy fried pork belly with just a touch of numbing spice. The balloon bread is entertaining as well as delicious. The service is prompt and always friendly. We had a great relaxing meal and leaving full. We will return again.
