The food was average and the manager guy was extremely rude!! We were asking how long the food will come out and it taking so long after 45 minutes wait. I understand restaurant looked busy that moment. But isn't it your responsibility to answer and resolve the issues?? Why you're cussing at the customer? Did you take wrong medicine?? Will never return!!
They maybe a 4.4 *… but read the reviews before you buy. I too agree with what was said the food was not good 😒
Peter Chang in going downhill! Sorry but Last night was unacceptable. Dining took 2 hours WITH a Reservation. We were a party of 6. First Main course for only 3 of us arrived without the rice in 15 min, the rice was brought over an hour later. The last meal was brought 1 and 1/2 hours after the first. The other 2 were brought about an hour after the first. During the entire 2 hours meals for takeout customers continued to go out the door. Complained and the manager did NOTHING.
On New Year eve we have 28 people party in Peter Chang restaurant. What I want to say is that during holidays, they are still working hard and providing services. Although the meal times are relatively long, we need to understand that this is a festival. While we are enjoying the delicious food, they are running hard. Unfortunately, this place is nothing like its Northern Virginia sister restaurants. The soup was cold, spring rolls mushy and cold, and the main courses were a disappointment. They should really consider adopting the Herndon, VA menu, which is superior. The quality of the ingredients at the VA Beach location are also poor. Do not recommend.
