Dr. Chan is professional and kind. Everyone in his office is great! I know he will listen to me and work with me to resolve any problems I’m having.
Everytime I see Dr. Chan he can diagnose within a few minutes. He listens to my needs and communicates well. He cares and is spot on!
He was thorough and knew my history. He explained everything in language that was easily understood. I could ask as many questions as needed, He was polite and patient.
He has great medical expertise. He takes his time to accurately diagnose my problem and come to with the right treatment plan. He is compassionate and shows that he cares about me getting well.
I have been cared for by Dr. Chan since 2009. He is knowledgeable and pleasant when explaining my medical issues and how to care for myself and also explains why he prescribes certain medications! He take the time to answer questions in a way the lay person can understand!! I am Blessed to have him as my doctor.
You can tell Dr. Chan takes his job seriously, continuously scrutinizing medical history against current concerns and lab data. He is very professional and open; not only listens but hears you compassionately, always willing to share his observations, advice and knowledge as needed. It has been his attention to detail that has either resolved concerns or led to referrals that are more specific to correcting an issue. Thanks!!!
Dr. Chan is very kind and knowledgeable. He allows me to ask many questions. Trust me, I always have plenty. I trust him and have been his patient for over 27 years. Thanks to him urging me to get a mammogram, my breast cancer was found early. I tell everyone that he is like a dog with a bone, which is what I needed. I tend to put off any additional exams.
