He has no bedside manner.
He is VERY thorough and LISTENS to you. Explains things to you in normal everyday language. He's understanding , patient and compassionate. I HIGHLY recommend him as your urologist.
What a joke took my money for nothing but Lyles. Don't trust this guy.
Excellent Physician, always gives you the time you need, laid-back, easy going person. Up to date on all the latest in his specialty. Would recommend him to anyone, male or female.
I found him cold and rude. He didn't want me to talk and said "Do you mind if I talk" to me to shut me up. It worked and I never went back to him. He also decided what my bladder problem was without any good tests to back it up. Therefore, he gave me pills to control "his problem assessment". The pills didn't help and I found a new urologist who did the tests needed. I got a good diagnosis finally & the new doctor cured my problem.
I would highly recommend Dr Fretz to any of my friends or family . He made me feel very comfortable at our first meeting and answered all questions concerning my bladder cancer that I had along with my husband and my daughter . He took a lot of time with me at his office and at the surgery center and never made me feel like he was in a rush to leave the room. He focused on me. I also loved the fact that he had Christian music playing in his lobby while I was waiting to meet him. Pam Romine
After Dr. Fretz came in to the room to see me, he began to ask me some questions. My husband politely asked him if he had my chart on past tests including the newest CT scan. He picked up a folder and loudly slammed on the desk and then stated that it was my file. It was so loud that it startled me! He suggested a scope into my bladder in which I declined, no way I'd let him do that no answers for my kidney pain saying I should see a chiropractor.or pain management.
