I’ve been going to this dealership for years. When I bought my car, I was told that I had free oil changes for the life of my car. When I went in today for my oil change, I was told if I didn’t have my coolant flush then I’d have to pay $106.00 for my oil change. I just want to shout out my guy Anthony sales representative for an exceptional experience! He really is the definition of great customer service! I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership and they handled everything in a short amount of time. I was in and out within hours. Thanks to Mr Drakeford @Toyota who assisted me in my seamless transaction. This is the second business vehicle I have purchased from them in the last five years!
