I had my truck serviced yesterday 07/17/26 at 7am when I dropped the truck off, Norm took down the mileage and asked if I wanted conventional oil I told him no that I had always used synthetic, he proceeds to tell me that they have conventional oil change on the paperwork. I have never had a bad experience with this dealer/service department. I have owned my Venza 11 years and recently needed a small dent that had rusted repaired. The service department referred me to Gardner Paint and Body, which quickly fixed the dent and sent me on my way. Thanks, Boulware!!!!
I’m shocked this place doesn’t have more reviews. They have always had top notch customer service. Every single point of contact, every single employee is kind. And really early in the morning at that. Being on stage like that on a Saturday that early is not for the week. I think they all need to be recognized because everything here goes well & things seem consistent.
