I went in for an ear wax removal because my regular doctor I see wasn’t available and he legit would not let me speak. He hurt me so bad and I told him to stop and he WOULD NOT STOP. 0/10 experience. I left the office with more pain in my ear and bleeding

This doctor was very arrogant. I accompanied my son to an appointment to address some ear issues he has been having. It was discovered he had some swelling in his nose. When I asked what would cause the inflammation, Dr. Berman dropped his pen on the counter, turned to me, and said, “Seriously? Where are you from? It could be from anything.. air conditioning, dust, common allergies, etc”. He spoke to me as if I were an idiot for asking an appropriate question. Worst experience ever! Treated my daughter and me disrespectfully. Kept interrupting me while I tried to explain the steps we had taken bf seeing a specialist, even though our pediatriacian agreed with the treatments we had tried earlier. This Dr. was nasty, condescending, rude, unprofessional and when we pushed back he tried to smooth it over by saying he was just "messing around" with us.
