RecommendedI went with a friend who had a medical appointment. The place is huge and well organized. We ate lunch in the cafeteria. It was very busy, but well staffed with friendly and courteous staff.
I had mitral and aortic valve surgery there 5 or 6 years ago and I’m still doing well so far.

I had a really bad experience with one of the doctors at the Newton facility. This resulted with me having to file a report with the Newton Police and a complaint at the MA AG's office. The hospital has been absolutely useless. They are trying very hard to cover this up and the patients should know what I'm being subjected to.

This hospital saved my life and my baby’s life. I was transported here very sick and needed to give birth almost immediately. The team in place did everything they could to care for myself and my newborn. I’m fairly certain if it wasn’t for the doctors and other medical personnel on that day at this hospital, I wouldn’t have survived. It’s sad and scary to think about but I believe it to be true. Thank you to all those wonderful people who save lives everyday.
Extremely intelligent and dedicated staff. Great care! They actually listen to you and hear what you are saying! Wonderful facility!
They make sure to take the easy cases. Their main goal is to keep there stats in the upper levels. They turn down difficult cases. My sister had a lung transplant there and died due to their care. I would not take anyone there even if it was the only option available.
