Live in a Belmonte Builder's home in Halfmoon. Discovered today that both of my exterior front porch posts (wrapped in cedar trim) supporting our small front porch were framed-in using non-pressure treated lumber ( 2 x 6)!! Shockingly poor quality!! Of course, over the years, the water and moisture hitting my front porch cement slab caused the lumber to rot from the bottom up. Now forced to pay a contractor to repair and do the right way!!!
