Thorough first exam, ease of scheduling tests, and set follow up.
He would not answer messages on my chart, nor would he return calls from the surgery scheduler. Being around holiday weekends was something I was asked to be understanding about. He had results needed to get my surgery scheduled before the end of the year while my max out of pocket had been met but didn't relay it to who needed the information. He had what he needed on the 21st and didn't respond until the 29th of Dec. Because of his failure to do so, I had to be in pain an additional 3-4 weeks
