I had ocassion to have Peter do a complete refurbish of a 2-bedroom condo unit. His time in visiting the unit on more than one ocassion to provide a complete and thorough bid was invaluable. I have many rental properties and am familiar with contractors. Peter is extremely professional and responsive. He completed the work on time and within the agreed upon budget. I would definitely recommend Peter for any size job and will be contacting him again myself for additional jobs.
