Poor costumer service and staff are not helpful and full of attitude. Very very poor experience.
I am very disappointed with my experience today at Peter Alexander Rhodes. There were four staff members working three of them were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, the staff member who served me was extremely rude—not only towards me, but also towards her colleagues. Her attitude and sense of entitlement were very off-putting and unprofessional. The manager Petrissa is rude & condescending to customers and her staff. I did not feel Comfortable shopping here recently knowing that this is the sort of behaviour PA are allowing "managers" to get away with. Appalling.
Today I made a purchase at this store. The staff, especially the manager, showed racist behaviour toward Asian people. I will not be returning to this store again.
