Chill and friendly staff. It is a smaller store so they may not have stock that you may have seen online. But they have most of the popular items/patterns.
Terrible customer service. Disrespectful and impatient cashier on Friday afternoon. Be prepared to receive dismissive and discriminatory attitudes if you are Asian and purchasing with a membership and gift card ;) An uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and unpleasant experience.
Store is quite small so can be a little crammed at times but very well stocked and beautiful, with the signature PA scent lingering around. Staff have always been helpful and nice.

Store was neat and tidy. However, the staff was somewhat unhelpful. I asked to look for any pants-related section, and instead of showing me the product and walking to it. They just stood on the counter, and I had no clue and didn't even point. Online shopping, however was a better experience. Friendlier customer service and staff. Not sure if the staff gets paid enough, or is just relaxed for a sleeping day.
