Store was neat and tidy. However, the staff was somewhat unhelpful. I asked to look for any pants-related section, and instead of showing me the product and walking to it. They just stood on the counter, and I had no clue and didn't even point. Online shopping, however was a better experience. Friendlier customer service and staff. Not sure if the staff gets paid enough, or is just relaxed for a sleeping day.
Poor customer service. I asked two staff if they’d got bigger size of the pajamas. One said “I think we don’t have another size” and walked away without checking. The other one just ignored my question and walked away.
Very disappointed from this shop. They don’t take care of the animals whatsoever We bought a dog with worms, sick and under weight they didn’t give the worm tablets. It’s ridiculous. Literally we safe that dog. I believe every single pet there is in danger very bad service. That shop don’t deserve even one star. Very sad and sorry for all animal there.
Great place to shop some sleepwear. Wait for sale as it is quite frequents.
