I had a very disappointing experience with customer service today. As my daughter and I were leaving the store, a female employee was pushing a cart inside. I tried to move aside to let her through, but to my surprise, she was quite rude. She made no eye contact and, with an unfriendly expression, gestured for me to move out of her way as if I was in the wrong. It was an unpleasant and unnecessary interaction that left a bad impression. I expected more courtesy and professionalism from a store employee.

I experienced racial profiling while I was simply minding my own business, just like everyone else. A girl with differently coloured hair approached me and asked if I needed help. She looked at my size and mentioned that she had more sizes at the back, even though I hadn’t asked for assistance. I replied that I didn’t need any help, and then she walked away. My daughter was served by Stephanie. She was lovely so helpful. First time shopping there and we had amazing service from Stephanie. Thank you for making a stressful time really easy.
