I called the store in Cannington and Katie answered and went above and beyond to help with my query, she went out of her way to make sure the task was completed and was so friendly when I went in to pick up my item. All the staff were lovely on 15/04/2026!

Katie greeted me today at Peter Alexander and she was so genuinely lovely and helpful. She made me feel welcome straight away and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without rushing me at all. Her energy was warm and friendly and it honestly made my shopping experience so much better. Such great customer service and a real credit to the store
I spent a lot of $$, only to get to my hotel room n find the security tags on the clothes. No compensation for their stuff up. I travelled from a regional area.. not happy at all with this shop.
