Dr Peter Rienzo canceled my appointment in the Orthopaedics Institute because I have seen another Spinal Surgeon in the past.I only needed another Doctor because that office is out of network with my insurance so why would he cancel my appointment.
All staff very friendly and polite Dr explained issues and plan of care Very pleasant and professional.
Nicole always makes my appointments effortless and throughly , explains everything before & after the process. Wanted to make sure she is acknowledged. Thank you
