We brought our cat in because he suddenly was not doing well, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted right away. The staff moved quickly and stayed organized. I have learned that animal emergency rooms operate a lot like human emergency rooms. Wait times can depend on how busy they are and how critical other cases are. The night I came in felt fairly steady, so while there was still a wait, it felt reasonable. I cannot express how blessed and thankful we are to all the staff who made us feel they cared about our sweet Pinky. Unfortunately we didn't have good news that night and had the difficult conversation of putting her down. The guy nurse who spoke to us about procedure and what to expect was Amazing, he took his time really explaining everything as well as listening to our questions. If you need an emergency vet, this is the place to go! It was clean and comfortable. Every employee we encountered was kind, patient, and understanding. They kept us updated throughout the when our pup had to stay overnight. They answered all our questions and we never felt like we were being rushed or a bother. It felt like they were caring for one of their own.
