TOOK 5 MONTHS TO GET RETAINAGE OUT OF THEM AND OWES $9,372.91 ON CO'S AND SENT BACK A LETTER SAYING "REJECTED". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR FIX THEIR PROBLEMS. THIS IS A SORRY COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT PAY.
Pete Vicari General Contractors LLC has contracted with us, A/C Service Doral Inc, to provide labor and materials to install HVAC and controls in an 18-story apartment complex in Miami. We worked together for about 1 year, during that time the work flowed smoothly, they were easy to work with and they fulfilled the contract signed by both companies 100%. We are looking forward to working with them again in the future.
