My wife and I drove over an hour to look at a used car that we saw on the internet. We contacted the dealership and let them know that we on our way to look at this car. The salesman was fantastic and said that the car that we wanted to see would be parked in full display just outside the showroom lobby. Update! We have bought two cars from here and unfortunately both cars have had major mechanical issues within a few months of purchasing. We have spent thousands trying to repair them. One car doesn’t even run anymore. Both cars are Toyota. Very disappointing. We were in and out in less than 2 hours! Even our 6 month old was happy!
The selling process was great and negotiable. They did what they could to fit my needs and asks. They gave me a very fair trade on one of my purchases. Because of the great time I had with one purchase, I went back to them for a second car. However… I now have two cars that I have spent THOUSANDS on repairs. One of them doesn't even run. What are the chances of two Toyotas that both have catastrophic issues in such a short time frame of purchasing?
