Occipital nerve release massage without the need for meds that might put me out of work for days. Far better than any of these trendy relaxation spa places if you have a real injury.
I am a problem child. I workout tons and am often "too busy" to really take care of myself, but after my pain started impacting my activity levels, I decided to see somebody. Pete is fantatsic. Some of the pains I went in with are completely gone--even after returning to my workouts. His assessment is so thorough, he fixed things I didn't even know were wrong. Will definitely be a repeat patient!
