Shantell Flye is the person I had the pleasure to work with in Pete Knights office. In a world that is lacking in good customer service Shantell went over and ABOVE to fix several under writing issues that were very upsetting. She literally worked several days to get everything handled and called me many times to update me on the process. Because of this AMAZING act of service I will be keeping my insurance coverage at Pete Knight’s State Farm office. Thank you Shantell for caring.

Very happy with State Farm. Special appreciation goes to Shantell. She is beyond amazing! She takes a personal interest in you and you feel like she really cares. She is the reason I went with State Farm. She constantly goes above and beyond.

Karina Picard and Pete Knight from State Farm took the time to call and check on me just to make sure I was doing okay, and I truly appreciated that. It’s not often you receive that kind of personal out reach these days. That extra touch goes a long way and shows that they genuinely care about their clients, not just their policies. Thank you, Pete and Karina for the excellent customer service and for making me feel valued. Highly recommend.

Pete and I had a mutual client that was elderly, and required some extra assistance. He went above and beyond to help out with the clients insurance claim to make sure everything went smooth and our mutual client was taken care of. Pete provided quick and helpful communication! Thanks again!
