They damaged my rear tire and hubcap while towing it and wouldn’t own up to it. Had to take them to small claims court! And the office lady was rude and disrespectful
I met Sergio tonight. He was amazing, came to our rescue without hesitation or attitude even when it was on his personal, after hour time. Initially I was panicking and short tempered however his calm, funny personality put me at ease. He was amazing and unbelievably patient. Helped us diagnose the problem and made phone calls to get his where we needed to be. I cant thank him enough!! There's not many good people left in this world, but he's sure one of them � #foreverthankful
Yesterday after an appoinment I got into my car and the battery was dead. I called Pete Johnston, he had guys out within 15 minutes. I got a ride and a tow. They helped me get a new battery and after it was installed Sergio made sure all was back in order before I left. From start to finish it was only an hour and 10 minutes and I was back on the road good as new! Pete you and Sergio are the best, thank you for rescuing me yesterday! I really appreciated your kindness and great service.
