Been seeing Peter for years and then decided to try going to a woman for more personal care. I went running back to Peter for a situation that really needed immediate attention, which the other woman was inept to treat, and he was able to get me right in and take care of business. He practices with confidence and knowledge which places me at ease and trust in his abilities.
Absolutely unprofessional and clueless. Especially whoever answers the phone. Every month I call in a refill for my blood pressure medicine. Every month it gets delayed because it's waiting on the doctors approval. Every time I call, they say they don't see a request and I have to send it again. Every month I miss 2-3 days of my medicine because this Office seems to lose my request. I am once again having an issue with them not seeing my request.
