They could care less about their customers. They are just there to collect a paycheck, won’t be back... I never even got An apology. Do not recommend!
RecommendedThis isn’t car related, but I want to say THANK YOU! We live across the street from your dealership, and all year round we are using your parking lot to cut through while biking, jogging and walking with our little one in the stroller. It is the safest route to get down Highway 30 and we are ALWAYS greeted with a wave or a “hello”! So thank you for allowing us to use your lot and for having such friendly staff, and for giving us some pretty cars to look at 😉 We are so grateful!

My son took his car to have it serviced with an oil change and rotation of tires. Two weeks later his car was unsafe to drive, making thunking noises and the rear drivers tire causing the car to swerve while driving. We took it back in to find out the lug nuts had not been tightened and the tire was ready to fall off. It had also used 2 quarts of oil, telling him it was burning oil. Blasdell Automotive has been a customer for years. My mother just bought a car there - makes me very upset no one has loyalty anymore.
After buying parts here over the last 33 years at the same location (3 owners) Blasdell family auto repair is no longer accepted as a customer. Was told my business was no longer welcome. Darrel in the parts department was unable to us what parts were needed to finish the job and instead of trying he blamed me(Wiley) for not knowing what parts were needed.
