Office assistants were wonderful. Melissa was incredibly helpful and the dentist was kind and thoughtful. I have a phobia with dentists and he helped to put me at ease.
I had a great experience with Dr. Dube. Very family oriented and quite polite. I had wonderful treatment and was given instructions for healing after my visit, also he uses lidocaine to numb the area before giving a shot. Overall great Dentist. highly recommend.
The room I was placed in had disposable supplies from a previous patient still on counter/sink area. The assistant dropped my bib on the floor then put it on me anyway. I wasn't numb before he tried pulling my tooth. A tooth it plainly said needed cut out due to how it broke.He continued. I was given no after care instructions. Still in pain a week later.
