Great experience working with Christian and the Breck Life Group! What started as a search getting to know Summit County for a potential vacation home transitioned to a full time move from the East Coast. Christian was tremendously insightful and patient throughout our decision making process. He gave us valuable perspectives on the various neighborhoods, market conditions and builders. Christian Vales is a stellar realtor, would highly recommend engaging him early on in your buying process. Knows the market well, very responsive, has great referrals for just about every problem. We really wanted to find a ski-in/ski-out but all seemed well out of budget. Christian’s strong network allowed him to pull a rabbit out of a hat and help us find a well priced condo with long term potential that made the higher price a safe investment
