I have been a state farm customer for 55+ years but believe it may be time to look at other options. I had 5* service for many years but that has changed recently. I have property in 2 states bothe insured with SF. Recently both of my agents retired and were replaced by new agents. SF advertizes a discount on HO insurance for upgraded shingles. Despite providing documentation of the new roof they keep asking for more and taking their time processing it.
Pete Brumfield is the best insurance agent ever. He is knowledgeable, experienced and take ownership and interest in my insurance needs. Kathrine, the lady that processes my multiple accounts, is the most professional, polite and efficient I have ever encountered. Thank you both for being a good neighbor.
