Shockingly poor management and transition between managing renters in the property and owners re-taking possession. They promise one thing on the phone but never follow through. Thy said they'd either meet us there or leave the keys in a hidden spot so when I arrived from a 13+ hour drive with two small children we could get into the house - nope. The experience with Pete bezy reality was horrible from beginning to end.none existent customer service,don't know how to call people back.actually lost an opportunity to get a house I needed because they like to make up there own rules. I gave them a one star because they don't have negative ones.
Great company to rent from.. If called for an issue someone would come and take care of it ASAP. I would recommend them to anybody.
I hope my husband and I can get into a home that is a rent to own so we can get it for our kids!
