STAY AWAY from this VET/Hospital if you love your dog. I will give minus stars if possible and below are the reasons: 1. They will write the prescription and overprice all medicines by 2-3 times!!!. 2. They will not tell you the amount of medication that is to be taken for your dog. For example how much amount and how many times a day for a given medicine. They won't simply to tell you, UNLESS you buy the medicine from them. And medicines they sell at 2-3 times of the cost. 3. Very hard to get a hold of anyone. They forget to return phone calls for days, ignore simple questions, and provide little to no information after racking up over $600 in bills. It's a terrible experience while trying to care for a sick pet.

Dr. Mann has treated my 5 dogs well. He also gives me 2 sets of options..for instance treat with medicine only to begin with or take xrays and lab work which might not be necessary. The medicine so far has always worked. Staff friendly. People might not get that impression if staff and doctor are busy taking care of other fur babies. Everyone I know that has been here has a negative experience. But you take off those reviews. Horrible establishment. And I worked for a vet in Livermore for 5 years. I know how things are run.
Dr. Mann is a fantastic vet. Caring and knowledgeable. And all the girls in the office are great!
My Petcura vet is just great with my cat and dog! So helpful and really looking to best medical advise along with common sense approach to treatments. What impressed me also is the sincere culture of kindness they have towards all their animal patients I've seen. Wonderful and down to earth staff.
