Expedient
I appreciate the frequent text and email reminders because I get so busy. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment as suggested. I don't like that there is no waiting room but I'm sure there will be one with the upcoming opening of the veterinarian clinic. I'm glad I didn't have to wait too long to check in. I love that the staff enjoy interacting with my fur baby. The price range seems reasonable.
Bad customer service
The cashier lied to me telling me to sign up with Vital Care for a discount on my purchase. She told me to go home and cancel later. When I did I was told I am locked into Vital Care for a year. This is a dog that I don't plan to keep so I don't need a year of this service. I then contacted the store manager and instead of her addressing the fact that her cashier Charlee lied she kept asking me if I spoke to Vital Care. I will no longer use Petco and will place a formal complaint online in the reviews.
