I had a pet we knew he was sick for a couple days but didn't know how bad it was. I called Ambassador bc it's closer. She was extremely helpful. They would be closed the next day so my sister made an appointment for the next morning. The woman at Amb Caf / Kal Sal location recommended a coupon. Well my sister said she presented said coupon yet they refused to accept it. She was already spending 400 so that 80$ first visit wave would have been helpful.
