Very convenient place for a clinic. It is clean and the animals are well taken care of. Many shopping options available in the store. While I was there staff were cleaning cages of the adoptable kittens. Other animal cages are always clean.
Brought our puppy in for shots. Everyone was great.
I made an appointment at a Vetco vaccine clinic for my dog to recieve his rabies vacine. I filled out the online information form about my pet. I included the fact that my dog had a negative reaction to the Leptospirosis. They confirmed my appointment. I took time off of work, arrived early and on arrival, they asked some questions, when I mentioned the reaction to the Leptospirosis vaccine, they said "sorry, we can't give your dog any vaccines BECAUSE of the negative reaction to the Lepo vaccine." My review isn't based off any bad service or anything they did to my animal. The review is based off informational purposes, Web site lets you book appointments for various animals but has NO PRICES for any service. On top of that I find it very Ridiculous that Dogs are the only animal that can have there nails clipped at the store . Another thing I set my appointment for a Cat but I got a text from vetco to confirm my appointment for a Cane Corso . How does that get mixed up ?
