My dog has severe allergies they wont give me medication for it he has had this problem for years. They don’t care about the animals only the $ so now I guess after 11 years I will take my dog somewhere new.
I have been going to your vet simply for the nail trims. I have been for the convenience and how we are usually able to get in the same day. I have been paying between $15-18 since we have gone there. Normally, my 10 pound dog has 2 people. Sure, he hates it but normally there are 2. One to hold and one to do the clipping. Today I was charged $30! $30 for a nail trim because there needed to be an additional assistant?!? There was 2, like always. Absolutely ridiculous and will be going elsewhere which is a shame.

I took my one year old golden retriever to Van Loon to get her spayed. I was surprised it ran over $500 (I chose the laser insured option), but my baby is worth the money. Following the surgery she got two treatments to promote healing. Dr. Hein did a great job. My dog, Lady, experienced very little pain after the procedure. Thanks to everyone for taking such great care of Lady.
Our 7 year old lab mix had surgery 2 months ago for a torn CCL. He is doing wonderful. We are so thankful for Dr. Hein and his staff. They have been so kind, caring, and helpful through this whole process. We will definitely continue taking out pets there for all their health care needs.
Van loom did great with out iguanas and were helpful and courteous.
We took our cat Leo in for an emergency visit Sunday evening. Dr. Hein didn't even hesitate to come in and nor did his tech. Leo was not even a patient of Van Loon. We can not thank Dr. Hein and his staff enough for all they did to help our sweet boy. Though our outcome is not what we had hoped for we are so grateful for how we were treated and how well Leo was taken care of. Thank you so much for the paw print plaques for each of our girls. Dr. Hein did our Giant Schnauzer's knee surgery. The costs and expectations of surgery were discussed beforehand. Dr. Hein accommodated our work schedules for the surgery and follow-up appointments. He and his staff are wonderful!
