I usually do my own grooming for my dog but needed services quick due to unexpected personal medical reasons that I couldn’t groom him myself. Making appt was easy online with many openings available at short notice when other local groomers were booked up. However, I wish I never took my dog here. His long show dog coat has been completely damaged and ruined after his deshedding service I signed up for. It will take years for it to regrow and he is now left looking terrible.
Cut was not nice, but shaved way too close around his rectum. He’s been suffering since even with treatment. ):

I take my Louis (Shih Tzu) there and he gets the best service and comes back so handsome and so well done every time! I can't say enough good things about Autumn. She is the best, in my opinion, and as long as she's there, I'll keep coming back! (Too bad she doesn't cut human hair...)
