I have my Kobi(a doodle) who’s so happy everytime he goes to Petco, Thousand Oaks. The place is always clean and the people are all friendly. Lyrika, manager/ groomer of my doggie can make magic. She takes such good care with so much love. Can really tell the way she does the grooming/ haircut for my baby. She’s a true gem. Pls give her a raise! :)
I am visiting my parents for the week and I came into your store in Thousand Oaks, California and was greeted by Lyrikah. I was very excited to get my puppy groomed today. The customer service I received was so beyond what was necessary. Lyrikah explained to me that my puppy had matted hair that was extremely close to her sensitive skin and being a first time groom at an actual groomer she was not a candidate for the shave that she was needing. not very organized and super slow check out
We are loving our training. Wish the training floor was a little bigger, so we don’t keep getting attacked by customers dogs that are shopping while we are in class but overall the trainer is very knowledgeable and a good teacher.
