I ordered online to do a pick-up. However, there are no signs outside as to where to park so I just went inside. Very clean store and nice employees.
Staff is always helpful, friendly and efficient. Store us always clean, welcoming and organized which makes it easy to find what I'm looking for.
The guys working there are exceptional. They helped me find everything I needed.

If I could give negative stars, I would!!! I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Queen Creek Petco location this afternoon. My husband and I were in the aquarium section looking at fish while Sarah, who claimed to be the store manager, was nearby filling cups of water. We were in the area for well over 5 minutes looking at and discussing the various options to purchase. Sarah never looked up once to greet us, acknowledge us, or offer assistance.
