I was 9 minutes late for my appointment and even called to let them know about the delay. No one answered my call. Went inside and saw the groomers bz so waited. After 10 minutes groomer asked me to call someone from the front! To my surprise they told me that I am almost 30 minutes late!!! And they didn’t het my dod! So disappointing!!!
