I like coming here to see all the animals, I love the fishes and wish I could buy them all.
Bad customer service. They had me waiting for over 30 mins and once they came, they were rude. Also, didn't handle the hamster I bought with care, they pinned him down with his cube and then just threw him in the box. The poor hamster peed from how scared he got. That's no way to treat an animal, especially a hamster.

I ordered cat food and an expensive fur brush LAST MONTH, and I still haven't received it. I've already called customer service twice, and sent an email. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement.
