My daughter recently lost her hamster. We went on Saturday to Petco to look for another small rodent pet. John was AMAZING! He took his time with her, allowing her look at several different hamsters and the mice - multiple times. She was having a difficult time choosing. He was patient and very knowledgable, answering all of our questions. His attention and customer service on Saturday were the best I've had anywhere in a very long time! Thank you, John!
It has great variety but expensive on basic things like a collar
this place is horrible. the cat cages ar disgusting. litter boxes looks like they havn't been changed in 2 weeks. you can smell it before the 2nd doors even open. these poor animals. the manager should be forced to live in those cages. i will report to the police for animal cruelty and maybe go to the media for this sorry company. manager should be fired. do not go here.

I �Petco because everyone in the store is kind and helpful. They even allow our Bastrop County Animal Shelter to come in and adopt out our animals in the air conditioning!
The cashier was beyond rude! Handed me my receipt without a word only to continue to chat with her friend who walked up while she was ringing up our items. Not even a thank you, a smile or have a nice day. Even told HER thank you and have a nice day, looked at me and turned back to chat with her friend again. What happened to friendly people? Not sure if we'll ever be back!
