The store manager is a rude jerk that is off his talked to me like a child. I wish I would’ve got his name so I could report him, he was a heavy set guy with black hair and tattoos and he should definitely be fired
I don’t even talk to my pets the way Bjoern the supposed store manager talked to me. I had a return and it was refused, I remained calm but Bjoern went off yelling & screaming and when i asked for the store’s corporate number he refused. I haven’t had time to look it up & call so I’m posting here 1st but I will be calling them soon
Always took my dog to Petco as long as I’ve had her. No issues. I got a second dog and take him when he needs it. No issues. Today, I forgot her rabies papers and had to run home and I told her I was coming back with them and come to find out the groomer SARA canceled my appointment without my knowledge and didn’t have the audacity to tell me to my face. Petco in Pasadena off of spencer is selling expired dog food. When I returned the bag the manager did nothing and just simply said that they are not taking any returns right now. She just really didn’t seam to care. Im out $45. Not going there anymore
The employees are there to make sells not get involved/ judge with how you care for your pets. I don’t need people telling me their two cents. I have been a dog owner since I was little. Let me get the things I need for my dogs and leave me alone. Stop over stepping acting like you know it all on the book. Keep your mouth shut unless you have a veterinarian medical degree. “So ignorant”, no one asked for you opinion lady. We have our veterinarian for that.
A wasteful company that claims to support local shelters but prefers to donate to the earth garbage dump problem .
Do you really throw away things that shelters could use , or homeless people or people who are just down on their luck? If your employees really do treat people like I heard, I certainly do not want to be a part of your store. If this really occurred you certainly owe that person an apology and way more in my opinion. It's really such a waste.
